Data Retention Period

The technical log data is stored for the time necessary for the operation of the information system, typically for a short, limited period, and is destroyed once the applied storage service provider’s settings determine, at the latest when the requested service or the accounting obligation justifying its retention periods expires, whichever is longer. Requested deletion of emails sent about inquiries can be requested later, with a defined period.

Right to Access, Modification, and Objection

Right to access: the person concerned can request the Data Controller to provide access to their data in its possession or can request sending it to another data controller if the technical conditions allow, or its transfer to another data controller if the format allows.
Right to object: in case of data processing based on legitimate interest, the person concerned can object to the processing. The Data Controller will consider the objection, and if justified, will discontinue the processing. The objection can be submitted via the Info@malutte.hu email address.

Remedial Options

The person concerned may complain to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) if the processing of their data violates the applicable data protection regulations.
